Important shipping information and our refund policy
We ship orders out as soon as possible, but this may not always be the same day as your order was placed. In general, please allow 3-4 business days for processing time. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not included in shipping time.
We offer freight services on all items sold, give us a call so we can give you a free freight quote
Pick up is always free. We will load for you at no additional cost. Please give us a call to schedule a time for a pickup.
Shipping to your local YRC Freight terminal is also available. Find your nearest YRC Freight location: http://yrc.com/.
We also offer Central Freight, R+L Carriers, SEFL, AAA Cooper any of these carriers may be used depending on location.
Shipping MUST be to a business with forklift or loading dock or your local freight terminal for pick up
***Must be a commercial address not a home based business, Farm or Rural location***
Or - $60 shipping to your Residential location, Farm or Rural place (some exclusions apply)

Returns & Refund Policy
How to Return an Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. Mail your returned item to:

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Restocking Fee:
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your merchandise is in like-new condition, you may exchange your item of equal or lesser value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY
Except as otherwise expressly stated herein, MTL makes no representation or warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY IN RESPECT TO ITS MACHINERY AND/OR ATTACHMENTS ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MTL shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages for any breach or warranty, including but not limited to inconvenience, rental or replacement equipment, loss of profits or other commercial loss.
Upon purchase the buyer assumes all liability for all personal injury and property resulting from the handling, possession or use of the goods by the buyer. No agent, employee, or representative of MTL has any authority to bind MTL to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning its machinery and/or attachments except as specifically set forth herein. This warranty policy supersedes any previous documents
