SHIPPING: Is very easy, we have shipped over 30,000 grapples and have a system in place to accommodate most every transaction. - We can look up the closest freight hubs for you to pick up at where they will load you at no charge to you at all with a forklift into your truck or trailer.

* To ship at the stated price $FREE we will need a direct service to a commercial business or your local freight terminal. - One general way to think about this type of service is if your shipment is delivering to any commercial establishment that is not open to the walk-in public during the normal business hours of 8AM-5PM

* $FREE also includes to your Local freight terminal - you can check your closest terminal at YRC.com or XPO Logistics
* Must be a direct service with YRC freight - (CA, CO, WA, OR, MT, WY, UT, ID may be subject to additional charges)

* Residential / Rural / Farm / Non Commercial Delivery is available for only $40 - (This includes Farms, Home based business, or a business located in residential area etc). Residential Delivery / non commercial - also includes a delivery appointment before delivery attempt.

* Residential Delivery is just that - you will still need to unload with your machine (no liftgate service - this is additional fee of $50) - all customers should have a machine they can offload with at the residence or farm location.

* You must be there to offload - someone must sign for the items being delivered.
